Andrey Sheyko

   He was born in Yekaterinburg in 2000. He graduated from. Gnessins school (colledge) in two specialties: organ (class of  M. Cherepanova) and piano (class of the Honored Worker of Culture of Russia E. Ivanova). Currently, he is a student of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, majoring in organ (class of  K. Volostnov and A. Shmitov). Currently he is a postgraduate student at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.

   He took part in the International Summer Organ Academy in Mataro - Barcelona (Spain, 2016), in the premiere of the opera "The Last Sovereign" by the contemporary composer Anna Muzychenko as part of the XXXIX International Festival of Contemporary Music "Moscow Autumn" (2017). In 2017, he became a diploma winner of the III International Competition "Young Organist" (Moscow) and a laureate of  the VII open District festival-competition of music named after A. F. Gedike (I prize, Moscow).

   He took part in master classes by L. Gielmi, D. Roth, R. Prieto-Ramirez, O. Latri, W. Walter.

  In 2019, he became the winner of the II International Competition of Organists "Baikal Toccata" (I prize, Irkutsk, 2019), In 2023 he became the winner of the I International Competition of young organists «Zaryadye» and the winner of V International Competition of Organists named after V. Odoyevsky. In 2024 he became the laureate of VII International Organ Competition named after A.F. Gedike (III prize, Moscow).
